    One Simple Change That Would Save Archeage

    There have been a lot of people asking for removal of the cargo system altogether(and replace with old trade system), but obviously XLGames is not going to make any drastic changes for us. So I propose a simple change/event for us:

    Add a trader to Freedich, that, in exchange for a cargo pack, gives 20 gilda, 500 honor, and a box providing a choice of blue infusions, or hiram awakening scrolls(tiers TBD).

    What does this accomplish?

    1. Freedich and the ocean are alive again, leading to large scale PVP battles and ocean warfare, as people run full merchants there in raids.

    2. Going for big goals such as treehouse, cars, etc no longer requires a boring gilda daily grind, but can instead be accomplished via trade runs which are more social/PVP oriented. Still have to work for it, but you can accomplish it via less repetitive means.

    3. Reset raid becomes less of a necessary chore due to ability to get infusions/scrolls from trade runs. These infusions are bound, so not like you have to worry about reward balance/economic impact

    4. CR/GR/Aegis/Whalesong become less of a necessary chore due to trade runs, but are still there if players desire to do them.

    Rationale behind rewards:

    I chose 20 gilda based on current market values. A gilda is worth about 2-2.5 gold, and would likely go down a bit if they became easier to get. With cargo costing 26g, 20 gilda is about 50g, 500 honor is worth about 10-12 gold, so maybe 35-40 gold profit per pack. Which seems reasonable considering running onyx daily gives 100 gold each and you scan spam it across 6 characters daily for almost no labor.

    Archeage Store Page has a caching issue that is causing other player's emails, credit amount, etc to show to random players

    Flame barrier range question

    So I tried flame barrier as im looking for a good way to instantly apply for combo dmg. Problem is I see it simply casts at your feet.

    Just how close to the person do you need to be for it to hit him? Literally 0 meters away when you cast?

    I see there is an instant ancestral but is it good due to the delay? I like the instant apply fire ability so that I can go right into a gods whip or something electric to try and get a bit more dmg.

    If the burning / hit box of the standard flame barrier is actually big and the person doesnt need to be right in it, maybe that will do the trick.

    Fire bolt I currently have set to insta so it doesnt do fire dmg :(

    Mage is so OP? All I see is crying about new dr changes but as someone who mistakenly went cloth and is often on the recieving end of 25k or 50k SS>PS combos even at 11k gs and dying to 2 whirlwinds I cant even move out of I dont really see the issue with the nerfs.

    EHM SOLO farming. and infusions lack.

    basically title. im finding myself ok honor and gold wise,but im 'stuck' in the progression due to lack of infusions. im doing cr gr and castle dailies but thats like 50 blue infusions a day with castle give or take? im not even full epic yet and im already out....

    so i heard about ehm farming. since they drop them. anyone here is doing it solo? if yes how and with what class?

    i also dont really understand how people is 12k gs already? yea i know the answer 'they bought gold' but you cant buy infusions and they are untradeable....so how do they have half stuff mythic and legendary already? what am i missing? is everyone and is mum farming ehm all day? cuz those mobs are insane

    Auction house mystery

    Yesterday I saw that my royal jelly had sold on AH for 167g, i thought that was a bit strange since I didn't put it up for sale, what made things even more unusual is that for the past 7 days there isn't a lowest auction price of under 190g, so somehow my royal jelly jumped itself into the auction house for way under market value, sold itself and left no trace behind, either that or a daru saw yellow thought it was a gilda starry star and ran off with it in such a hurry he left his pocket change behind.

    But seriously, how did my royal jelly sell itself and why did it do it for like 60g less than market price, anyone else's characters been playing by themselves lmao

    Right now it's a really good time to buy cheap Erenor EXP.

    Since CR/GR/Kyrios Gear is way cheaper than making your own Erenor Infusions by Terrotory Coins!

    You need like 10% of the estimated GOLD to reach Divine. (7k Gold from Arcane to Divine)

    Hiram right now is only limited by red/yellow scrolls and no need to worry about spending 10k honor to decrystalize

    In my calculations (Excel) that I release on a forum in a later date

    You need about 20k gold to make a t1 Hiram to t4 ethereal

    To get a Erenor equal to a mythic t4 Hiram it needs to be on legendary t2 grade While missing a gem slot

    Wich is roughly 100k gold

    5 times as much as a ethereal Hiram t4

    But you get nice effects out of it while you can skip Hiram dailies saving you a lot of time every day

    Would like to hear your thoughts about erenor vs Hiram

    You get a free costume and bound synth in archepass, sure whatever it's bound not that useful on an alt.. Turns out when if you break the costume down with a brilliant mornstone you get half of the material back... and the shards arnt bound so go ahead and mail them to your main. Enjoy your eternal costume boi. And sorry for the nerds who have been grinding greater dungeons.
