    • Showing off a new jeep like vehicle that will be added with the launch of Shadows Revealed.
      • This will be an achievement vehicle, like with the Achievement Glider and Mount, you must get several other vehicles to unlock this one
      • It will only be available on the free to play version of ArcheAge at first, it'll come to Unchained later
      • It has a stealth ability that lasts about 10 or 15 seconds
      • It has an ability that launches the driver forward out of the seat
    • There will likely be a slight increase in system requirements for the new 64bit client and Graphical Updates
    • Everything on the cash shop has been made bound
      • This will be shown on the PTS
    • EU will be launching earlier than NA
      • They're targeting early morning release for both regions
    • There will be a 3rd server launching for each region
      • Maelstrom EU
      • Dynestrius NA
    • If a new server comes up after the name reservations had already happened, then there will be a few day grace period for founders to reserve a name on that new server before they go live
    • Each account will be able to make 2 characters, this can be expanded up to 6 later, same as the free to play version
    • Fluffy will likely not be in at PTS launch, but it should come soon after
      • They are planning on adding more commands specific to the Shadows Revealed Update soon after PTS launch as well
    • They intend to have server transfers for the free to play version, but it will come after Unchained's launch when they see how that affects populations on the free to play servers
    • They have the ability to lock character creation on one faction if there is a large imbalance
    • Using a Ping Enhancer / VPN is not supported, but unless they see suspicious activity happening because of a specific service they don't intend to police the use of it
    • There will be a preload prior to character creation, intending to have 10 - 12 hours to download beforehand
      • It will likely be midnight PST the morning of the 1st for both regions
    • ArcheAge Unchained will use EAC (Easy Anti-Cheat) as a hack protection method

    Hello.

    I'll be my first time playing AA.

    I never really gave it a shot before now since all my friends told me that the game is super p2w and that whales are dual wielding credit cards instead of weapons ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    I have few questions about the game that I am really confused about and would love to know before AAU drops on the 15th. Would really appreciate if anyone would take time to answer them :)

    1. How are we supposed to get tax certificates for land rush if there is no land where we can craft them?
    2. When land rush starts could I have one lumber pack on my back to instantly build 16x16 scarecrow + 8x8 scarecrow and then also throw down 2 buildings that will be unfinished?
    3. Do we start with full or empty labor pool? If we start with full on what should I spend it on?

    Can't preorder AA: Unchained, Glyph wants me to change country but there's no way to do so?

    When I try to preorder Unchained I get this:

    Your PayPal account is registered with a different country than the account you are currently using. You must either change your account country, or choose a PayPal account with a matching country.

    I wasn't even asked what country I'm in or anything like that, and as far as I see there's no way to change my account country.

    Anyone with the same problem?

    Guys, i am in America until 6th october and i want to buy the archeum pack before they are gone so if i buy it here now for 80$ or 80€ like its on the site when i log in, will i be able to download and play my game without problems on eu servers when i get home? Cheers.

    Attack Speed on mages

    I've played on legacy a bit, but I did cloth mage with a staff and never really paid attention to stats and gear honestly. Now with AU coming soon, I'd like to give a leather dual wealding mage a shot, but I don't fully understand how attack speed will work on mage. I've heard about these insta cast mages, but what does it really mean? Does It mean I simply use skills that are insta cast and thats all?

    Counter to the Darkrunner

    Many people have decided they will be rolling as a Darkrunner or similar melee build.

    I am wondering what is considered the counter to this play style.

    What can out sustain or avoid their burst damage and have a fair chance in a 1v1?

    What class will be good against them early game vs late game?

    My understanding is a blighter/abolisher early game with plate would have be a good match up.

    Melee, Magic or Ranged

    Which one of these are the most viable and easy for newcomers in Unchained? I never played Legacy and am wondering which one would give me the best endgame with the limited knowledge i have and what build is popular? I heard 2H Dark Runner is a good melee build and Fanatic Magic is popular for the Mage users.

    Looked forward to vanilla launch for a long time but only played briefly in early days of launch. Can't wait for Unchained. Any point in playing vanilla until it launches?

    armor ?

    i get hiram gear is decent armor and in 6.0 the gear you level with turns in to hiram tier 1 or something like that but is there a better armor out there and how do i get it ? i hear the crafted armor is better but takes a massive amount of time and resources to get. I dont really know much about armor in this game as i have not played it in years i remember we had to farm this place in the south which took a very long time for weapons and stuff

    Mages max potential Critical damage

    Gear Vs Skill

    While i know eventually everyone can be on the same level of gear i worry that allowing multiple accounts will give those willing to throw more money and time at the game will have such a head start on gear for months, now this will be the first time this game goes without a P2W cash shop. I want to know how much of a head start will the Tryhards/Multiple account fellas will have over me if i was a single account.
