Returning player friendly guilds on Jakar?

    Posted: 22 Apr 2019 08:58 AM PDT

I recently returned like a lot of other players, and I am hoping to find a guild to make the most of the end game experience. If there is any guild on Jakar taking players let me know!

    Any farming tipps (Traderuns)

    Posted: 22 Apr 2019 10:14 AM PDT

I usually trade like 6 packs a day for 17g each. Now I heard in the chat that someone sells about 100 packs a day and makes 16k gold with it a month. Now I'd like to ask - which route do you take to get as much gold as possible in a small amount of time? I always go from solzreed to two crowns, 17g per pack. With what do you trade?

The daily grind for feeding Patron

    Posted: 22 Apr 2019 02:27 PM PDT

I am an old player that desperately wants to get back to the game, though I can't spend much time in the game anymore as I did in the past. Today, I noticed, compared to 1 year before, cost of Apex has increased, almost doubled. While doing so, profits from trades decreased due to crafting requirement differences. It seems as if to me that feeding Patron became much bothersome, or am I missing some new economical changes in the game.

    - How long do you think a person needs to spend daily to feed the Patron on average?

    - Did new Hiram content brought any economical changes to the game other than crafting requirements and such?

(Sorry if this kind of questions are being asked constantly)

Best build/gear for a offtank mage?

    Posted: 22 Apr 2019 12:18 PM PDT

I'm interested in playing a mage that revolves around defences, such as def/sorc/occ or def/occ/male. But not pure tank such as skullknight ect.

I'm a returning player and have no idea which hiram gear to farm. Plate? Leather? Cloth? Which stats should I look for in gear, ect.

Got 600+ Gilda stars on a server I don't wanna play, is there any good Gilda to Gold method?

    Posted: 22 Apr 2019 12:07 PM PDT

Basically, I wanna try squeezing an Apex from the leftover items since I last played on this character and then move on to the more populated server with APEX/Credits. Got a bunch of Gilda stars and not sure what item/design is the best gold conversion rate.

    I miss archeage so much...

    Posted: 21 Apr 2019 04:47 PM PDT

I played the beta got founders and was apart of the early game land rush. Our guild was small and tight-knit. We did alright for ourselves with a few alliances to run packs with. Ironfist (ironfish) ruled the server and side chat was always buzzing about who was on trial. Guilds fought over hidden planted forests and half the server got involved. Everything felt like an accomplishment. I could spend hours just exploring the beautiful environment and it seemed everywhere you went you could find something interesting. The naval combat was so fun; which made running packs across the ocean so much fun and always an adventure. I couldn't be happier with a game.... then the rumbling saplings came.... and almost overnight this game that I enjoyed so much and poured so many hours into died. I tried to stay and hoped it would bounce back.... nothing. All that was left was a few people talking shit to each other in side chat. My guild that had become like a second family to me faded away. I tried to find something that filled the void left by trion. No game has ever come close to archeage. I don't think any game ever could. It was a beautiful experience that I wish I could have again. I wish something would happen that would send everyone running back to play. Is there hope or is this game forever dead?

Possible to transfer from nui to aria?

    Posted: 22 Apr 2019 11:21 AM PDT

Is this possible? I have friends on Aria and was wondering if a server transfer would be possible since legacy servers are ahead of mine anyways.

    Latency issues? Major ability lag

    Posted: 22 Apr 2019 04:07 AM PDT

My internet is good, have great connection to every game, however for some reason on archeage if I hit an ability it takes it about 3 - 4 seconds to actually execute. This even happens if I try to sprint, summon a mount, drink a potion, etc. Makes it almost unbearable to play, not sure if there's a fix for this?

    Templar

    Posted: 22 Apr 2019 09:13 AM PDT

Hey guys, I'm quite new to the game and i decided to go with templar. Therefore, i'd like to ask you guys some questions related to this combination:

    - Is templar a tank, a healer or a mix of these two?

    - Which skills should i focus on?

    - Plate, leather or cloth?

    - Is it a pve or pvp combination?

    - How good is templar at end-game?

Thanks in advance, any additional info is more than welcome :)

    Let's talk freshstart lads

    Posted: 22 Apr 2019 06:35 AM PDT

I believe there should be one more Freshstart. I know, I'm a heathen to some of you, but just hear me out. Archeage is one of the most outstanding games that I have ever played, with out a doubt. Unfortunately, between Trion's storm of lies that wreaked havoc on the game or the indifference that XL made for the west port, we have a very nostalgic, yet sour taste in our mouth when we hear the name Archeage . I think we would all like Archeage to do well and flourish in a genre that is slowly becoming stagnant; Whether your a die hard fan, just enjoy the game, or are a flat casual player.

Whether I'm online chatting/gaming or out at work/meeting new people and talking about games, There stands an incredible number of people who have played Archeage (which still surprises me when it happens) and enjoyed it for what it was at the time. The only real complaints that I ever hear are being that the game was neglected at times, milked at others, or just poorly taken care of. Right now however, we stand at what some/most people are saying is the best Archeage has ever been, which I think would be the best time to jump start the game once more. There is a very large part of the community just lurking in the dark, because they want that level playing field to hit the ground running again and start their journey anew, which I kind of understand tbh.

Now, something we all have to remember at the end of the day is, we are the source of money in the bank of the devs and publishers, and I believe that the Archeage community is dedicated enough to be a long running, large source of income if we are treated better than we were. I understand, we are talking about Gamigo, but we are also the community that drops hundreds and thousands on multiple partons, cosmetics, and apex just to get a little step here and there. They don't need to try and forcibly milk us, but here we are with mixed feelings. Anyway, there's a lot more on this topic; but its pretty late here and I'm tired as fuck. I'm really curious to hear what anyone else thinks or feels about this, let me hear your opinions!

    Does this game have PvE?

    Posted: 22 Apr 2019 04:53 AM PDT

This may be a dumb question, but does this game have end hame PvE?

I really don't care about PvP and almost every post in this sub seems to be about it.

    • What is the dungeon/raid scene like?
    • How prevalent are healers/tanks?
    • If I were to start fresh today how long is the grind to get to the beginning of end game?

    NA server population?

    Posted: 21 Apr 2019 05:57 PM PDT

I'm just starting Archeage for the first time and I'm already seeing issues in Kadum where people are having difficulty finding enough people for raids. So, which NA server has the highest population? Is it Kadum or Aria? I think with population increasing it might not be a problem still by the time I reach end game grind but it's definitely concerning. Having a lot of fun so far by the way - best MMO I've tried out in some time.
