    Housing Plans???

    I just returned to ArcheAge after a long hiatus and can't find where to purchase house plans. I have been to Mirage island and don't see the original miniature house models that used to allow a player to buy the plans. I have searched for a vendor on Mirage island to buy from & was unsuccessful.

    Is there an NPC that now sells the house plans? All I've been able to find is a tree house plan sold by an NPC.

    I am currently level 40 and have a working farm and extra land to put the house on. Do I now have to buy plans on the auction house?

    I appreciate any help you can give me. Most of the threads & info on the internet are information that was current around 2014 and doesn't seem to apply anymore.

    Or maybe I am just clueless, LOL!

    Question about pets and server transfer

    Hello!

    I just had a couple of questions about two different topics I'd like to ask.

    First is about the diligence pets: Lavaspark and Dreamwinder. I like them both, but I feel like the Lavaspark is more useful as a battle pet thanks to its buff, right?

    I dunno, I play healer, and perhaps in the future I might level an armor set for a Fanatic and do some magical dps. I really like the Dreamwinder as well, and feel like the trip and push back it has could be useful. I like the mana drain as well, but I hear the amount it drains from players is a joke, so...

    Which one would be best in your opinion?

    And then, about server transfers. I play East on Belstrom (EU) and was thinking about moving towards Alexander. However, I heard there have been some issues with the transfers, and some people have gotten stuck and unable to play, and Gamigo... well yeah, will take it's time to sort that out lol

    So, has anyone experienced issues? Is it safe to migrate from East Belstrom to East Alexander? Or should I wait a bit more and see?

    why is archeage so small on twitch and other social medias?

    I'm currently looking for a new MMORPG to play and currently torn between Black Desert Online and Archeage Unchained. Most of the reviews I watched or read seems to point out that Archeage is preferable for the PvP and group-based contents, but when I see the popularity of the two MMORPGs on Twitch and other social medias BDO seems to get the significant upper hand (4 times more members on reddit and around 15 times more followers on Twitch).

    This makes me wonder, why the small presence? Is Archeage: Unchained still widely played right now?
