| getting harder and harder to log in Posted: 22 Jan 2020 08:15 AM PST -be me, 7k gs mage after playing from unchained launch -5 bond alert. portal to marianople to grab it. cant miss out on honor. -whalesong is up. portal to whalesong. cant miss out on honor. -CR is up. portal to cinder. cant miss out on honor -spend 22k honor, put 3 gems in armor. 7.1k -join my 6k gs friend on fishing boat. die to 9k's -sees a reset raid. becomes physically ill. cant miss out on infusions/scrolls. do it anyway. -rush to get pizza from delivery guy and not miss waterfall. too slow. missed waterfall. catch up to raid -eat dinner with one hand while grinding WHM with mouse. -finish reset. use scrolls. two crystallizations. out of decrystallize scrolls. out of honor. -use 60 infusions. chest goes epic. 7.2k. -try to go hunt red packs on other continent, die to 10k's -try to go hunt reds at sea, die to 11k's -guild is going to kraken. join guild going to kraken. spend an hour and a half "denying" other faction. die to reds a few times. kill no one. get nothing. recall -decide to work on clipper. buy 9 ship component scrolls.. fail 6 of them. "heroic" sails. almost out of gold. -try family dailies. deliver cargo on clipper with my "heroic" sails. get run down by reds on "legendary" sails. cargo gone. -try to go for gallant onyx steed. do a couple FFA arenas: 50 kyrios badges. -try to get guildies to join me for drill camp. guildies too busy with reset/family/whalesong/GR/CR/aegis/mistsong/noryette/halcy/cargo to waste time on drill camps. -join PUG drill camp, lose to pre-stack drillcamp team. 8 kyrios -try equalized 1v1 arenas. play as mage against Vitalism+Witchcraft+Auramancy. get bubbled for 10 minutes. 1 kyrios -59 kyrios so far. 13k kyrios for gallant onyx steed. realize it will be 4+ months to grind kyrios for onyx steed. -try to get 16x16 demo going soon. cant pvp housing areas unless in war -push region to war by killing mobs by myself. ready to pvp. kill a couple people also going for 16x16. timer up. land demos. get excited. -lvl 55 chinese alt appears from nowhere at last second. scripts deed down. 16x16 gone before i click once. -try to find something to do. out of labor, gold, energy, brain cells. -log out to hug my cat, play kenshi, finish my cold pizza [link] [comments]  | ||

Posted: 22 Jan 2020 04:26 PM PST population is dropping each day, little by little, new archepass will probably bring some faces back for a while i noticed in diamond shores that you can now buy explorer's gear infusions and awakening scrolls, which is nice to get a new starter hiram gear set and it almost let you respec your character, you can feed your older gear into the new one, but it'd waste exp, and if you're already T3~T4 it's not really a viable option... i play mage, and i was thinking on a lot of ways to try new characters, maybe go archer, or healer, maybe even melee maybe a real good solution would be an event that let you change your gear, switch from leather to plate, or whatever you like, and weapons too, i think it'd bring some new flavors to keep playing [link] [comments]  | ||

Posted: 22 Jan 2020 11:16 AM PST Hi Guys, Im a staff user but I would say 90% of my attacks are not "casting" attacks. I just liked the staff for some reason .. and the other reason I had no idea about the game when I started playing so went staff .. cause generally as a mage you do :) Anyways I do see a few people on the leaderboards have attack speed gems in their musical weapon. Others have magic attack or something else. As almost all my attacks are insta casts, if attack speed would in fact make a difference I would definitely go that route. My build is Sorc / Mal / Occult. .. I forget the title .. so I do use crashing waves etc. Anyways if people think I would get more benefit out of more magic dmg ill do that .. but if attack speed will in fact make instas noticeably faster, more bursty I def want to stack those gems in there. But is there any mob groups in karkasse that are better than others? i tried searching google for this and the subreddit but i keep getting 2015 information of threads that say "just do something else and buy the moonlight" but now my market is getting too bullish with the prices. | Any "playable" archer build for high ping players? Posted: 21 Jan 2020 06:58 PM PST Hey all; I have like 150ms..the best I cant get is like 100ms with ping redutor. I saw alot of videos on Internet about the difference between a low ping and high ping archer...Its like day and night man... The skill "endless arrow" is so ping reliant, that it sounds like a joke for payers outside NA/EU. But I heard once, that there an archer build that "focus more on Slow ard hitting skills than low hitting fast skills", in this I think it means Endless Arrows...lol Is it true? | How do you upgrade Sunglow Lunagems? Posted: 21 Jan 2020 04:54 PM PST Was just socketing one of these to test on my healer (fervent healing or pain harvest cast time). Socketed pain harvest cast time, tried to use a lunacharm to upgrade it, and noticed it doesn't work on these gems apparently. However I've seen healers in the rankings that have gems that reduce pain harvest cast time by 17%, while these only do 10%. I'm assuming they might be an entirely different gem, in which case where do I get them? [link] [comments]  | ||
