| Posted: 01 Jul 2019 02:19 PM PDT Ok first off all I am getting so tired of these insane downtime we in the EU have to put up with as I am sure many if you feel the same way. And this time they are at least moving to another datacenter which is suppose to fix the massive server problems we had in the last months. But to be honest it looks like gamigo keeps getting themselves in more and more problems, and I lost my trust. I still love the game though but damn I never seen any publisher mess up this bad before. I mean gamigo what on earth are you doing? Then the second thing is the enormous lack of any information about the downtimes every single time. We get a ETA, this time it was 10 hours starting at 6 am utc. And now we are already at 15 hours or so? And I get that something can happen along the line but at least let us know something... And lastly the support, or should I say the lack of support. Did you happen to run into any type of problem and needed to contact support? Well good luck with that, maybe they will get back to you in 5 months? Please gamigo get your shit together, hire better tech, more support agents and a community manager that can inform us on stuff. Many of your problems could be easily fixed so please try to do it. And before it looks like I just trash gamigo, they of course did some good things as well in making the game way less p2w so keep up doing that but fix the insane problems. [link] [comments]  | ||

Anyone share settings that just make game work ok like it did in 2013. [link] [comments]  |
