Q: How do you feel your communication with the community is going since the take Over? A: ....

Q: How about the response time on tickets and CS just opening tickets so that they refresh and go to back of the line? A: We are sorry to hear about that, and we understand your frustration. Ask us again in 2 months.

Q: There were many bugs added with the last patch and lots still yet to fix, what steps have you taken to expedite these fixes? A: We're aware of them and have reported it to XL.

Q: Which ones are your primary concerns? A: Anything affecting the cash shop or market place, gameplay exploiters and hackers is about tenth or thirteenth in line.

Q: Has the Halcyona event actually been fixed? A: It's fixed. Trust.

Q: But it isn't. A: It's fixed just try!

Q: Nobody can enter and when they do it dc's them? A: Minor issue.

Q: How come most of your communication is on Monday and Tuesday but answers 1% of the most talked about things on the forums? A: It's Wednesday, so I can't comment

Q: Gamigo is running the game into the ground and forcing players to quit at this point after stating you guys want to bring it back, how do you feel about the games future? A: What future?
