We played at original AA launch on Nuia side and were in a guild named <Conviction>, and we fondly remember being in the guild and how helpful everyone was. | are any vitalism spec's good at pvp and or grinding Posted: 07 Dec 2021 09:24 AM PST This is a bit of a dated question, last time i played vitalism was just healing Ive seen a few videos where they are actually good at farming what are the go too like pve grinding vit builds and or is there one viable for like one on one pvp or small scale pvp where they may heal but primarily they are doing damage? and do they gear differently from a healer which last time i played was basically cloth spirit? I never actually played the old obsidian shortspear version where healing classes were all doing damage, thematically I like this idea, is it currently a meme or pretty viable compared to say your generic cookie cutter sorcery class? Do you think I can use it as the main damage tree playing as a solo pvper? I'm only using Brilliant greatclub, which is why my damage is low. But I'm not sure if I want to continue the class. | Being a new player sucks in this game, the community is dead and there's zero resources online Posted: 06 Dec 2021 07:27 AM PST I thought i'd try this as a new MMO and literally this game's community is either so small and underfunded that no one wants to make resources for it like guides or builds, or maybe they had guides and builds years ago but the game died and no one kept it updated. Either way, being a new player sucks ass in this game. I find that my in-game Nation chat is toxic af most of the time and you never know if someone is trolling you or not when you ask for help and the Global chat is just kids spamming the N word or Sonic memes. I tried to look up a couple Gunslinger builds, but the only videos I found were shitty highlight videos with even shittier music where you can't see anything going on and I found this one dude who did some good guides and builds on a couple classes, but that was from 2 years ago so no clue how relevant any of that shit is. I try this subreddit but it looks like this place is also insanely inactive, the Discord for this sub is also dead. How the fuck is any new player supposed to figure out shit in this game? In the afternoon I get noticable lag on some actions (summoning mount, accept/turnin quests, using my inventory) but combat is fine. In the evening the lag gets so bad I can't attack any enemies. I know server lag doesn't help as it hurts my endless arrows but even so I just feel outclassed. I'm considering rolling off archer myself but looking on some input.
