I played both ArcheAge and Archeage: unchained back when they first came out and was very fond of the games until the bullshit started and we all know where happened there I think. Can someone please explain the difference between the two games now and what's actually changing. Can someone give me a refresher of what to do in a daily basis and stuff not to forget about while leveling from 1 - 50? A friend told me there isn't daily infusion quests anymore so thats cool. I remember that I didn't like the new trade pack system but not sure if its still the same with only a few turn in points. | Help me please i have a problem Posted: 11 Dec 2021 10:01 AM PST I bought an adventurer clipper design and i made the mistake to place the drystock when i didn't had the materials, so i decided to go farm gold on Aegis, but the problem is that i completely forgot about my clipper, i had so much things to do. Now the drystock is gone and i don't see my design anywhere it's gone too. It says that it will not be protected anymore after 12 hours, it's fucking ridiculous i don't understand why they don't let more time, 12 hours is very short, someone can have an internet problem then sleep and his boat will be gone. Also I don't get the "pure" hate for this game. Sure based on many, many, many videos on youtube I've seen from 2019-2021 the faults it has, it has. But its still a great fun game to an extent. At first I wanted to play on the Kyprosa-server, but it was completely empty, so I had to go on Levi. I don't want to participate in pvp, I'm more interested in dungeons/lands/trade, so Legacy suits me well (Even if I want good armor too) Plus, I like the option not to spend money on the game at all. Apexes still haven't been canceled :) But many people seem to think differently. Is p2w really that much worse than p2p? Or is it because of a free trial? :D [link] [comments] | ||

| Posted: 10 Dec 2021 10:52 AM PST I've been seeing a ton of posts about bringing back the "Golden days" of Archeage. But I do think a lot of players are just projecting frustration of always being behind (on top of alts and people abusing certain things, and RMT of course). One thing I'd like to point out is, not many people offer solutions here. Sure dailies are boring and you feel behind if you miss dailies. But I feel that not many people remember how difficult it was back then to gear up through crafting and heavy rng when trying to go to the next tier. Even just getting to celestial was a struggle. The cons of old school archeage would burn out many players just as much as dailies would now, you'll still feel obligated to have to get as many materials and do as many trades as you can to get to Ayanad. Once you fail the craft or regrade you're set back even more than you would be if you missed a daily or two. Another thing is without any real linear progression, it'd be difficult to release new content. Only the top 1%, luckiest players, or oldest players will be able to move forward through the old system Tldr; stop ignoring the many cons of old school archeage. Not that I have many solutions either but there are definitely many things wrong with the "Golden days" that people seem to be overlooking. [link] [comments] | ||

I crash to the desktop on the black screen that appears right after the intro cinematic. Have tried deleting the archeage folder under documents, as well as reinstalling, and reinstalling the EAC. I have no firewalls and windows defender is disabled. I also have razer software but have closed it down prior. Started after the recent patches. [link] [comments] | ||

I logged in on release and claimed some of the codes but IRL got in the way and now due to being behind and the alters I'm just going to wait for the next fresh start and hope for some changes but all of my items for no reason are "expiring". I'm happy to have wasted my 30day free trail and pay next time but don't go deleting items from the web inventory like that. [link] [comments] | ||

Everything is quite a bit different from when I played and I'd like to know what optimal build choices there are. Skills, Gear Stats, Accessories, and What Stamina to Strength ratio, gems. Partial answers are okay too but I just really need some help I don't see ANYONE posting content about this and looking at the rankings doesnt help since everyone is playing some form of DPS class with the only real tanks/bruisers being mages.
