So I want to put new tires and stuff on my newly-aquired Rampage. I park it next to a vehicle conductor as I have read to do. Now what? There's no option to see what's mounted or replaceable like a boat/ship has. There's no evidence that you can even do anything to the vehicle. Not a single example on Youtube on how to install new stuff on the car.
How, precisely, do I do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As my title suggests I am looking for a up to date build for assassin and doombeinger all the video and guids online are years old, ibwas wondering if anyone is able to assist me on building a skill tree and gear for these 2 healer!!

So I finally decided to go as assassin and doombringer for healing depending on what needed any chance can someone help me with skill build for both as well as gear build and will cloth be best or will leather or plate be better? And what kind of weapon (club) am guessing
