Can you still get Black/Dappled/Alabaster Lilyut Horse in AAU?

I play a caster, and initially literally everyone I looked at had Evasion in the hand slot. I do have evasion and they are at tier 3.

I have finally saved up enough to take them out and put in crafted gems (maybe I should wait and use honor to complete them instead) .. however when I look at leaderboards now for high gear score mages .. it seems there are more people now that use either Phys Def .. or Magic Def in their gloves instead of Evasion.

There are still quite a few evasion gems I see, however as im at that point of putting max gems in .. if end game using either Phys Def or Magic Def is more beneficial and evasion falls off as a mage in PVP I would for sure like to know that information instead of regretting it later.

SHould I skip the evasion gems and put in Def? Lord knows melee and magic (as im in leather) can make quick work of me lol.
