Trying to play game but keep getting a "Device Removed! please restart the game" error. Posted: 22 Dec 2020 08:29 AM PST I have spent an hour searching for help on this and it doesn't seem like anyone actually figured out WHY the error is happening. However a lot of the responses were several years old. I figured maybe by now someone here might know more about it. My game crashes in about 10 to 15 seconds after starting up to the desk top and I get a pop up box that says as mentioned "Device removed! please restart the game." Auroria Residency & Merchant Zuru Posted: 22 Dec 2020 12:53 AM PST I know this stuff is quite new, but I wanted to ask in case people already have the answers. Does having a house in one of the new zones enable you to receive all residency quests or just the one for that zone? In case the answer to the first question is "all", a house in Diamond Shores doesn't count for residency, right? ANSWER: No, doesn't count. In folio, it shows that you can craft infusions for 5 new bonds at Merchant Zuru, but he doesn't offer it. Is it a residency thing or a bug? ANSWER: A friend that is a resident just checked and he can craft them. A friend received a quest from Merchant Zuru to turn in 15 new bonds for Garden infusions (quest has "Trade" in the name, under "Diamond Shores" category), but nobody else I know got it. I know it has nothing to do with residency in Auroria, because he isn't a resident. The only different thing with that friend was that he already had a few new bonds in his inv.
