Why did they ruin Thunderwing flight? Posted: 21 Feb 2020 03:56 PM PST More specifically, the wings you use. The flying when fighting the Thunderwing used to be so smooth and fluent. It was really one of the most fun things about the fight... and probably the whole game too Now it's just like gliding but with extra bells and whistles. It's rigid and feels awful... Side by side comparison: https://youtu.be/Afniv79XPo8 https://youtu.be/ueWI7QvsXgQ For example in the old one turning and gaining height didn't impede your momentum. You could go up and down easily In the new one, you have to come to a complete stop and slowly move upward on a Y axis if you want to get height. Had the ship for a while and just decided to start upgrading and making it useful. Question on gear late hiram or other? Posted: 21 Feb 2020 05:23 AM PST Im a mage, with cloth and staff. Full Hiram but could anyone give me a tip on if I wanted to swap 1 or 2 pieces out, what should I go for? I have used my red scrolls on my staff / boots / helm / chest so far. Figure if there are better pieces to stick in or aim for maybe I should find out now before blowing more cash / labor. Def like having as much damage as possible but maybe I can either achieve more dmg or more defense swapping out a couple of pieces? Maybe some leather with attack speed for a bit more defense?
