It's actually very frustrating, and a lot of people I've spoken to really hope XLGames moves to a "Weekly" system rather than daily. I was considering doing the same old gold grinding methods and buying my boat. However, I decided to slowly mine and grow the mats needed, and it has honestly been so satisfying. I really think these are the systems in which this game shines, and not the painful daily gear grind. Just food for thought have fun on the game however you wish. [link] [comments]  | ||

Posted: 12 Nov 2019 12:41 PM PST I had quite an unusual experience today with my fish boat : Circled by 2 clippers who harpooned me to drag me out into icebergs to get my remaining 3 fish on my boat. So we are in peace mode, why can they attack targets with harpoons,drag a ship 10x their weight, and I cannot fire my cannon back? Answer: Dual wield isnt better. They are the same. We know this because you can look up super extensive test videos where people do dozens of tests with incredibly same variables with both weapon types. Using tons of different skills, against different armor types, and in different situations. But with the same variables for 2hand or dual wield. And literally neither out performs the other in any situation. One just has a Higher burst damage output VS a less static steady output. When gauged together the actual amount of damage is identical. There for you pick depending on your play style and what class you are using. If you want to deal More damage in a shorter window, but with a higher damage Range, you go 2handed. If you want less number jumps and a steadier pace go dual. Unless you are using say swift blade then you want dual regardless.After the like 40 different tests every time both max damage was within the hundreds of eachother every time So if one person says one is superior they have a bias or are just wrong Question: Is plated armor good for a tanky healer? Answer: Plate with mdef shield and 1h club is currently the highest defensive build for healer currently. It tends to be standard now for most new and many old healers. Leather is good, but I would not recommend it for a new healer. It is very squishy even if done correctly. It only becomes tanky at late game with 100% perfect stat allocation and multiple shield swaps. It is very high skill and knowledge cap. Question: Everyone saying mace/scepter difference is insignificant playing Ebonsong but are they better than dagger? Answer: no damage difference at all on ebon. Club is better on stonearrow and vit classe. Scepter is only useful if you run a few select skills (I don't run those usually, and even then, do I really need 20 extra damage on critical discord?) It doesnt matter what your contribution is, afterwards you can make a relic cargo pack which you can sell at a relic merchant for 120 gold (takes 300 labor to create) There's only a limited amount of them to create so obviously the less competition there is for crafting them, the more money left for big guilds. | What Fruiting Trees have the Highest value? Posted: 12 Nov 2019 11:00 AM PST So I've noticed something slightly strange about several fruit types.A few of them have pretty disproportionate Vendor Values. Olives for example, Sell for 6 Silver each. 6! (and it can be Harvested 2 times a day, compared to 1 for something like Cherry). I Often clear the entire Market, just to up the price a bit, because there's 500-600 at Vendor price. What other fruit have a large Vendor price like this in relation to their Harvest time/price? Im looking for build ideas i can play solo with plate stamina gear for solo open world pvp, fishing and arena. You can find my gear at: EU, Gildaron, Kerotos (#41) if you need detailed info. Malediction, Defense, Occu and Auramancy lvl 55. Currently i play alot as Mindslayer for solo adventures. (Defense, Occu and Malediction). It is not to bad for pve.
