    Furniture gallery (WIP)

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 08:40 AM PST

It's a super incomplete work-in-progress; right now I've only got the furniture you can view in Mirage. Once I craft or find images of other furniture pieces not found in Mirage, I'll update the albums.

Mostly made this for my own reference since it was getting annoying having to run to Mirage all the time... but I hope someone else finds it helpful.

    So many dailies

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 02:06 PM PST

30 mins before reset start looking for a non pepega reset raid

45 minutes after reset we have hiram dailies and CR done

    now its time for library

after library its been 1 hour 30 minutes since reset and its time for golden plains for another hour

noryette + GHA/Farm/Armory x3 for the next hour or so

PvP dailies for badges, some of these are fun but really sucks you HAVE to do X amount every day

Then tend to farms/replant and family dailies maybe 20-30 minutes?

Labor dump on main into gear, labor dump on alts for cash this can take 2 hours sometimes.

2 more library runs on alts for quick cash ~30 minutes for ~100+ gold labor free, MAYBE another round of dungeons on my higher level alt.

So after 6 hours I have all my daily shit done and I can do whatever I want fish etc... but by then im usually just tired as fuck. And im not even doing everything, if i wanted i could be doing GR/Aegis/Whalesong other dungeons the pvp dailies I loathe and more shit on alts. This isn't even a casual thing I think even hardcore players are being shafted by 6-8 hours of "mandatory" content to stay up to date on gear. This is just going to become so boring after a while.

AH cut is supposed to be 5%

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 02:55 AM PST

Archeage legacy was meant to be played with pateron.

The real version of the game is supposed to have 5% AH cut and not 10% like now in unchained, this is actually pretty annoying for the economy

Wynn player botting 4 accounts (:

    Posted: 16 Nov 2019 09:28 PM PST

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=029IOmRGJLE

First ~2 mins 40s the mob he has targetted is out of range and he is still trying to hit it, once he hits it he just auto kills skyfins for the rest of the video :)

Not only is he botting, but he is using 4 accounts, which is over the limit for allowed accounts and are all also botting pressing song buffs and heals in the same rotation in the same timing every time while his main fireballs then meditates and magic circles on cooldown. Kind of sad from a guild that prides themselves as one of the best <Tea Time for Kittens> Also sad how gamigo and EAC can even allow such a simple level of automation.

His response when confronted about it: Relax, everyone's doing it

And honestly that might be the way to take it, doubt Gamigo is going to do anything even when caught botting more accounts than even allowed to own when they can't even ban mining bots sitting in the same place spamming the interact key for days.

Are they not going to address library causing immense lag?

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 01:25 PM PST

Considering this is multiple times a day, how is this not addressed yet? The lag literally makes the game unplayable unless you're doing library.

All the dailies are killing the enjoyment of the game.

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 02:34 PM PST

I had this hope of an open sandbox MMO where you could do whatever you want and make decent progress. Instead I find myself just grinding the same daily quests over and over and over again.

If you don't want to fall behind, you have to do this every single day:

11 Hiram Dailies, Library Bosses, Golden Plains Battle x3, Fall of Hiram city, Family Quest, Cargo Delivery, Bunker, Noryette challenge, CR, GR,

It's like 4 - 5 hours / day for these dailies. It's just killing the game for me. At least make the Hiram dailies weekly instead. (and remove all the gold from library bosses, it's not fun and lags the server to hell every 4 hours)

Did I roll wrong stats on my Archer?

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 11:58 AM PST

My head, chest, legs, gloves and boots all have:

    Agility/Resilience/Received Melee Damage

I went for those stats by following this guide which was widely recommended: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ngGieJ2SAMJ_Sh4zYH6rqE1zsNLS8Y-UB6O4EUqdj6s/preview#

However, looking at the top geared archers they all seem to have:

    Agility/Resilience/Max Health+

Did I made a mistake? Should I try and reroll melee damage reduction into max health?

Spreadsheet for calculating Fishing Boat price

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 03:12 PM PST

I made a spreadsheet for myself and figured I'd share it with everyone, being inspired by the other Fishing Boat material post. The values are all in silver for my personal ease of use, but I could consider converting it to gold values as a separate document if that's a more popular option.

    !MAKE A COPY TO EDIT!

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1EhQkdThVjSZ_GUEMEF8WepWCbFscOCwDG_uKrjVxIq0/edit?usp=sharing

    !MAKE A COPY TO EDIT!

You can also calculate the value of crafting certain materials yourself, such as Starshard Ingots, Archeum Ingots, Fine Lumber etc. further down in the spreadsheet to see if it's more profitable to craft them yourself or to buy on the auction house. Edit accordingly.

If there are any issues or feedback, feel free to comment!

Mouse cursor in game at ultra high resolutions

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 02:50 PM PST

Hello, I was hoping to see if anyone else had this issue and if they have found any solutions. I play the game at 3440x1440 and during large raids it is very easy to 'lose' my cursor as it easily blends in when lots of other people are around.

My UI is scaled to 120% (max allowed), but I can not find any setting for the mouse cursor. Are there any ingame or out of game solutions?

    Good ways to burn labor?

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 10:59 AM PST

I used to have a lot of time before for playing aau but lately I find myself with less and less time and after doing dailies I find myself with so much labor and no coinpurses. Is there anything to do in few hours that will burn labor? I dont wanna farm coinpurses every single day. And no I don't have a farm, I was thinking of getting into fishing but no idea if it will burn enough labor.

    Replacing pieces of Hiram gear

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 02:20 PM PST

So I levelled up as a plate user, sword and board which is my usual style of MMO play, however in this game you get practically no magic defence as a plate user and want to swap my Pdef shield for an Mdef one, how would I go about doing that since I have since progressed my current shield to Hiram quality.

What is the point of declaring dominion?

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 06:40 AM PST

What is the motivation for one guild to declare dominion over another? Do they get some reward if they win, or is it just for the "pleasure" of being able to kill members of the targeted guild without any honor gain, crime point gain, etc.?

    Trade pack turn-in ratio problem.

    Posted: 17 Nov 2019 12:36 PM PST

How the trade pack turn-in ratio is changing? We have build a fertiliser house and started to do trade-runs. The ratio is still same (at 88%) for 3 days even though we have stopped to do trade-runs. We are also pretty sure we are the only ones who has fertiliser in the area. So how these ratios are changing?

    Vocation buff/fix

    Posted: 16 Nov 2019 11:49 PM PST

This post was originally made on the unchained subreddit and I was going to cross-post however that is disabled, I'm posting it here because there are a lot of unchained players using this sub than the unchained one.

    Vocation gain buff/fix

In legacy archeage, with patreon status, you gain 'half the labour you spend as vocation' whereas in unchained you only gain '1 per action'.

For example, in legacy if you cut down a tree and it costs you 10 labour, you'd get 5 vocation.

In unchained, you cut a tree, 10 labour, you get 1 vocation.

Family quests give you 4000 vocation per day if you complete all 3, this is not sustainable for certain professions,

I'll take my server as an example, currently if you were to do larders, royal seed is 800 vocation, now you can buy this off the AH for 7g, this kills any profit considering you can run other packs at lower % with less labour and make the same amount,

"but royal seeds can be gained from bundles" yeah but bundles are a scam in themselves as well, the idea of spending more to yield less with a small chance of obtaining royals seeds is already lost, not to mention you need worms for bundles which requires vocation, or buy from AH, but this then kills your profit margins even more.

Why does this happen? Most likely because we don't have the "patreon status" buff like legacy has. We already have the labour regen online/offline like patreon status has, I'm unsure what reason there is to not add this or fix if it's a bug.

TLDR: make vocation gain the same as patreon status on legacy, we already have the labour regen as patreon on unchained
