A: Yes, the Fresh Start servers will share cross-world instances with existing servers. Based upon overwhelming player feedback, we will be adjusting the instance pool. The new Fresh Start servers available on the 25th WILL NOT share instance queues with existing servers. Fresh start is canceled, everyone go home.
