I know a lot of the higher end pvp relies on oneshots and big damage so not having sorcery is a no no for mages. But for early pvp etc. will it be decent enough? Posted: 12 Jun 2020 03:31 PM PDT Haven't really played any PvP in a long-ass time, but I think the patch just killed my class :/ You now need 4 points total in Shadowplay to get Drop Back (as opposed to being able to splash 1-2 points for Drop Back before). You also now need 7 instead of 6 points in Swiftblade to get the movement bonus on Bladeblast/Blink. With 20 points total, 7 + 4 = 11 points needed, which leaves us only 9 points in Sorcery, which is literally our only damage class. Previously, most Edgeripper builds were putting at least 10 points into Sorcery; why did [link] [comments]  | ||

Posted: 12 Jun 2020 01:04 PM PDT I Have played this game years ago i was archer, then on AAU fresh start i rolled a darkrunner and loved the one shot potentials, but then i switched to mage cause i had bought a second account and i was liking it more, since i fked up my darkrunner gear, and now on this fs i rolled a healer, because everytime i played AA i liked how they are needed almost everywhere and tha ti could easily get groups if i was a healer.. but now that im leveling (33 atm) the prayer mechanic is a bit clunky for me having to antithesis myself over and over before fights which is annoying and also the urge to atack other people and not doing any dmg makes me feel bad and im having second thoughts again.. im omly lvl 33 maybe it gets better later, im using plate atm with vitalism songcraft and witchcraft, but i plan to drop songcraft for shadowplay once i get to 55 anyone else has this doubt in their minds? :v Im afraid i will regret it later not going for a dps class, is not much fun seeing everyone jump on you at every corner, feel like a punch bag [link] [comments]  | ||

Posted: 12 Jun 2020 09:02 AM PDT I didn't buy it yet, because it just looks like a single new zone with some story quests, and a new daily quest you do to get some infusions/scrolls for T5, where you just run around killing mobs and other players. I've been mostly taking a break from AA, just occasionally logging in to burn labor and pay taxes. Thought about coming back, but wondering if the new content is fun at all, or if it's just another grind for better gear. [link] [comments]  | ||

Game is buggy as fuck and they release a DLC you need to buy for play with a stuff gap. When they have told us they "never" will do this. Now they scam every people who have buy the gold pack for fresh start...just LOL and MORE LOL... How can you still stay in that game when you know they will lie to you, steal more from you? I post this for every people who want to make a choice with AAU etc...DONT COME IN ARCHEAGE!!!! | Posted: 11 Jun 2020 11:17 PM PDT I've been thinking about playing AAU so I gave this sub a browse. All I see are people who hate on pve / only care about pvp. I'm not a pvp person, never have been and frankly it's not for me. I'm looking to play the pve and sandbox side of this game. Is there any of that left or is this just a game where only pvp people are left and all the crafters/pve folk moved on?
