Does protective wings in auramancy do anything anymore?

Way back in legacy in smaller 20 on 20 or so fights it worked against the mage ball to have a few people drop protective wings. Is it knocked out by lions now? Is that why nobody uses it?

I'm just looking for new tactics against the mages meta going around.

Holiday Unchained Pack/Kyprosa's Winter Furs Clarification

It says in the description of https://www.trionworlds.com/archeage/en/2019/12/23/holiday-unchained-pack/ that it contains:
Game access
2000 Credits
Kyprosa's Winter Furs
Winter Yata Chroma
Inoch's Battle Robes
Bound Large Winter Maiden Decor Bundle

I personally would only care for is Kyprosa's Winter Furs. I accept that the Yata, Inoch, and Decor Bundle will simply collect dust in a storage unit. And that the credits will just sit and rot.

However, the "Game Access" part has stumped me a little. I already own the game, does this mean that the pack would effectively give me an alt account? If so, would the pack go to my alt, or to my main? Or would that part of the pack simply not take effect at all because I already own the game?

... What are the chances of the Winter Furs (the one thing I care about) being sold separately in the future?

Is it game breaking? I want to purchase the game because it looks good, but i don't want to be hampered because the labor system won't allow me to do anything meaningful.

are those 2 pieces worth the hassle of regrading/risking money on it in your opinion? i wanna hear some thoughts.

i made one already and i was starting to make the second one but i wonder what people think (im cloth mage)

sash offers a channeling ability that cc for 2 secs (but you are aswell) and the sash sometimes makes you immune for 2 secs while under 20% hp. both have 333 thoughness (more than mythic hiram) but less defenses AND sockets

anyone knows if they are getting used in endgame in legacy or something? im not an old player so i dont know what they do in korea or even in legacy,i started in unchained

any feedback appreciated

its day 2 and we get 1 daily raid at reset time , small 20 mans do happen throught the day
