    That's insane. This is clearly much bigger than they expected, and more servers are needed. Reminder: every person in que paid for it, this isn't an f2p launch.

    Note: I'm not complaining about there being ques, I fully expected it. I've already had 3-4 hours of playtime in today, between three disconnects, and I'm on my way to bed. I just checked out the ques before I closed the game. And, sorry to all the people complaining about the people bitching about the ques, but this is a tad bit over the limit on reasonable numbers.

    Just my 13k cents.

    Sat through 4 queues. Finally got in to make character. Click accept after choosing a name then got dc/d again. Now have to sit in queue for a 5th time. Why is there no grace period after getting through the queue?

    PSA Once you created your character, you need to activate the package you bought onto your character

    Apparently, a lot of people is not aware that this is a thing. In order to have access to your package loot and to generate labor, you need to apply your package to your created character.

    Steps

    1. Go to https://aaunchained.trionworlds.com/account/profile/manage-game.action
    2. Press "Apply" on the pack you purchased
    3. Select which character gets the loot

    Note: Some people say doing it while being logged-in the game helps. Can't confirm the info.

     

    Bugs

    • Labor regen: Some people have applied the pack but still do not get any labor
    • Pack items: Some people received the mail, others did not

    Attention NA Players - The Chainbreaker Pack items can only be claimed on a single character. Claiming them on an EU character will consume that one time claim, and you would not be able to claim it on your NA character.

    Grace period is a JOKE

    I waited in queue for 3 hours like a good boy. I kept checking my pc every 20m or so to see where the progress was. Finally one time when I checked I saw that there was only 20 people in front of me! Sweet, I waited a little longer and the the numbers kept going down. Right when it seemed like I was about to get in, my game CRASHED. WTF!

    I immediately restart my game again, 2 minutes later I'm staring at another 6 thousand queue. I literally don't have time to wait another 3+ hours through a queue.
