Eight hours to go. Posted: 19 Aug 2019 02:32 AM PDT So it's eight hours (thats eight hours for our metric friends) until the big announcement. I'm about to go to bed and should be waking up just in time for the big announcement. I'm going to go to bed and dream about archeage beta and how much fun that was. It seems most people tend to agree that that was their "golden era" of mmo. It's true I've never had more fun in an mmo. Then slowly it got ruined, update after update. Many are expecting an announcement of an early patch redo with all the bad stuff removed. So before I go to bed Ill list some of the things I miss before I wake up, log in and find the hype train derailed into a fiery inferno of crushed hopes. The Ocean. It used to be fun with fishers and traders ect. Content revolved around the world and not scheduled dailies. AND WHY DID YOU TAKE AWAY FISH AT THE BOTTOM OF THE OCEAN! I used to love exploring the ocean depths and finding fish packs that the pirates were too lazy to swim down and get them all. I lived in the ocean, exploring all the time. Finding fish was always fun. My blighter build. Every updated nerfed it even harder trying to nerf some other class to the point where it was just about worthless :P I supposed to biggest of them all though is the people and their greed driving content instead of dailies. Freedom farming was serious business, running packs across the ocean was high stakes but worth it when you pulled it off. That got ruined by fleets of trade ships alting between nations to the point where you might as well just run for gold. New player checking out the game. Class ideas please? Posted: 19 Aug 2019 12:54 PM PDT Trying out Archeage for awhile while i wait for stuff to come out on other games. No idea what kind of classes id enjoy. Stuff i tend to play most are 2 hand weapons (highly pref scythes over everything lol) stuff like the dervish from guild wars and reaper from guild wars 2. If thats not a thing then i go for minion army builds. Lately though ive really gotten into death and disease builds in other games that just spread conditions/disease/dot type stuff like necromancers from gw, witchdoctors from diablo 3, or saryn from warframe if that gives any ideas Apologies if this all sounds stupid <3 submitted by /u/ggbound [link] [comments]

Strange loot issue Posted: 19 Aug 2019 12:39 PM PDT I've noticed that my original account (from launch) never seems to get any loot from killing NPCs. [Archeage Unchained] Solution to the ALT problem Posted: 19 Aug 2019 11:29 AM PDT Labor points are shared among all character on one account. Any additional accounts are worthless because no transferring of gold between non account characters and APEX is gone. Furthermore, housing, land, etc will most likely be instanced. Weird Unnormalized Gliders? Posted: 19 Aug 2019 02:40 AM PDT Hi, I scrolled through the Folio today and found two gliders that stood out, because they are, as far as I can see, still obtainable, but their stats aren't normalized. Is this a mistake on the card, and they will net the normal version when crafted, or are these 2 actually obtainable as better gliders? They are also availbable in other categories, but you find the 'correct' ones in the screenshots. If someone has these gliders, or knows whats up with them, I would be very grateful if you could clear this up for me. Posted: 19 Aug 2019 11:51 AM PDT no real change to labor.. just have 20 accounts to go through and do all your crafting and gathering... same housing but now f2p can have housing so itll be even worse.. i was only sticking around to see how they would change the labor to make it not feel like a mobile game... they didnt. i dont want to use a bunch of accounts just to remove the gate and be able to craft gather and loot.. submitted by /u/Miller5862 [link] [comments]
