How do I get more hiram crates for gear?

So I am playing this game for about a month now and I remembered when I just got to LVL 50 or 55 i received those hiram crates where I could just select the gear or weapons I wanted. But I have no idea how I got those in the first place.

And now I wanted to go full cloth and I can't get the armor now. And yes I do know you grind for hiram weapons and armor but those drops is not what I mean.

So did I only get those crates via some event or because I was new player? But if I can still het those I would like to know how.

How to make a basic Bow?

So I'm beginning to try and craft but when I open the bow section at a carpentry table the only recipes I see are these crazy advanced weapons. Do I have to buy basic recipes?

New subbed player and labor points

Hey all, quick question regarding labor and leveling up. Does it make any sense to let my labor cap and only play when I have labor available so that I can do things like gather, fish etc while I level up? Or is it better to go back once you're at the level cap and do that kind of thing?

Playable classes?

Hi guys. Did not play this game for half a year. Which are the most playable classes now?

Can you name two or three (maybe moire) classes for melee, mages, archers and tanks-dps (like blighter, abolisher or doomlord).

Is it true that archers are now the most disadvantaged class?
