| Returning, interested in Malediction and some other things Posted: 18 Jun 2019 06:18 AM PDT I used to play as a Shadowblade (Honestly years ago, cap was level 55 Library was Meta and Abyssal skills didn't exist) I spoke to people in the Discord and I had loads of packs coming back to with Hiram starter stuff. I love the look of Malediction and I really wanted to make a "Warlock" sort of mage, lots of cc i'd like Stealth some mobility and possibly damage over time. Kind of similar to old Witchcraft/Occultism builds but I know loads of trees have been shifted round. Now I know what I need to do, I broke down my Celestial T3 Obsidian katana/shield/boots/guards and managed to get full plate Hiram with a M.Def shield and a Sceptre and Dagger offhand (Maging with plate is just the decision I made). I was advised to pick up Fanatic which uses Malediction but it seems more like a Spellsinger build, I like it it just doesn't have the feel I was after is there anything more similar? Anyway, got a Hiram sceptre to Unique got loads of Infusions to get it to Celestial but not enough Gold to upgrade it, and then i'll be doing dailies for getting it to T2 etc. So I have a fairly good idea on what to do, but does anyone have;
I left with decent knowledge but it's probably been over 2 years and so so much has changed. I have a good understanding of how to play just not of the changes :3 EDIT: Also is there anything gamebreaking i've missed? I have the Sloth glider from years ago and I know is it... Ravenspine? I was a noob, so she helped me learn the game and even power leveled me to 50. One day, I logged on and found out that she was having a personal issue with her husband and her kids, so she couldn't be on as much, which was fine. But after that day, She never logged on again. This was like 2013, and I logged on every day to check my friends list, mail and the Tahyang teampseak server to check if she posted, or was online in general. nothing. Every time I go into my PC and see the archeage, I get reminded of how much she meant to me and how much she helped me through my early teens, If you guys have any information or a clue to who I'm talking about Im seriously grateful. Currently trying to figure out what I could do for money. Ive got a level 55 abolisher with trash gear (unique wep, heroic dungeon gear) a mech longboard, a lutesong with Divine sails and cannons on one side, celestial on the other, and three alt accounts with t1 wagons, so 4 wagons total. I don't have membership currently but I'm sitting on about 300 liquid gold. Should I just find someone to run packs with? Is that even viable anymore? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, or even just a point in the direction of sources would be amazing. Thanks in advance! Edit: so I just claimed my returning player and commemorative packs. I'm sitting on 500 Gilda now as well, and 80 gift coins. I also have a voucher for a free 30 day comet speedster, Apex squall, or timber coupe. I'm guessing I should just get the coup and maybe start running tradepacks for money? But what stats am i looking for, I was thinking plate and nodachi. But as for stats i don't know what to do. Any gearing advice or path would be so amazing.
